At the Keys to a Successful Website seminar, attendees will learn how to design a living website using eleven important keys helping to attract prospects, generate leads and close more sales, in addition to learning to optimize a website with SEO and enhance user experience with social media integration, including links, blogs, slide shows, videos, and much more.

Registration and breakfast begin at 9:30am at Woodland Fabrics and the Seminar is from 10:00am-12:00pm. Students can earn IDCEC, AIA, CQRID, and NKBA .2 CEU credit. Registration is free with student ID. For all others, there is a $20 advance registration fee.

From 1:30pm-2:30pm, The Being Green & Going Green Seminar will introduce attendees to Greenguard certified products, window fashions with child and pet safety lifting systems and the Hunter Douglas green story. Great style and great sustainable products are not mutually exclusive. Learn what small changes one can make to positively impact the environment without sacrificing comfort or style. This is an informational seminar; not for credit, but please do register in advance.

Kimberly Roberston, Manager of Business Development at Hunter Douglas, will be speaking at both seminars. Kimberly has been with Hunter Douglas for over seventeen years. With a Masters in Education, Kimberly combines her training as a teacher with a passion for window treatments and interior design to deliver seminars to designers and dealers around the Eastern U.S. on topics such as business development, goal setting, product knowledge, and marketing. She continually receives positive reviews from attendees who leave her presentations with practical and effective ideas to build their businesses.

Woodland Fabrics began over 30 years ago as a fabric manufacturer. Over the years, their passion for fabric products design led them naturally into the window treatment and interior decorating industries.
