Scott Helms to Speak at Annual INTX Conference This Week

ZCorum, an industry leader in the deployment of diagnostics tools and software for broadband providers, announced that Scott Helms, Vice President of Technology at ZCorum will be speaking at the 2015 INTX Internet and Television Expo tomorrow from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm CDT at McCormick Place West in Chicago, Illinois.

In the session titled Getting The Gig: Realizing The Potential Of Docsis 3.1, Helms will join panel members from ARRIS, Cisco and Broadcom to provide insight into spectrum expansion, network EoL and proactive maintenance for residential Wi-Fi. Helms will provide insight into Wi-Fi Diagnostics for proactively detecting issues as well as correcting them. Proactive diagnostics for both Carrier Wi-Fi and normal in home service will be covered in the session. In addition, Helms will discuss the importance of measuring and improving install quality for preventative WiFi management.
