Baltimore-based entreQuest (eQ), a management consultancy firm with a focus on talent, announced the appointment of Misti Aaronson to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Aaronson will manage, organize, and architect the eQ team. She will also lead the publication efforts around the firm’s content, as well as be responsible for pursuing sizeable new business opportunities.

Aaronson’s appointment to COO will also allow eQ to make room for recent new hires to develop and hold leadership positions within the firm.
Aaronson joined the eQ team in 2005 and previously served as the firm’s Executive Vice President. She has extensive experience leading and developing teams of all sizes across many different industries and provides company-wide leadership, strategy, operations, and management to eQ.
