Academy of Responsible Tattooing Congratulates Graduates on Successful Employment
Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) May 13, 2014 -- Today the Academy of Responsible Tattooing (A.R.T.) is proud to issue a statement congratulating graduates on their successful employment.
“At the Academy of Responsible Tattooing, not only do we train tattoo artists in the art of tattooing, but we also guarantee employment after graduation for all graduates of our Professional Craftsman Program. We transform lives and careers, and as the only career trade school for the tattoo industry, we are proud to be a part of guaranteeing success in the future of our students. Graduates have gone on to work as tattoo artists in reputable tattoo shops across the country and around the world,” stated Paul Anthony, Owner at A.R.T. “Today, we’re formally congratulating our recent and past graduates on their continued success and gainful employment.”
The Academy of Responsible Tattooing’s tattoo school offers the only world class alternative to traditional tattoo apprenticeships or tattoo schools. Normally, it can take years for an aspiring tattoo artist to find a mentor, and from there, being trusted enough to perform can take even more time.
A.R.T. has created a better, more secure way to become a professional tattoo artist. A.R.T. offers a Tattoo Apprenticeship Workshop and a Professional Craftsman Program in its Tattoo Artist Track, along with a Body Piercing Workshop and Body Piercing Apprenticeship in the Body Piercing Track. The academy also focuses on client development and shop management training, so students can be fully prepared for their future employment.
A.R.T. graduates, who are guaranteed employment after graduation, have praised the school as a life-altering experience.
“It’s the greatest experience of my life,” said Leslie Mohan, tattoo artist and A.R.T. student.
“The atmosphere of mutual support and encouragement relieved me of the anxiety I usually have upon entering into a new environment,” said tattoo artist Nao Uchiyama. “I have in the past considered careers in graphic design and illustration; however, none of them really felt right to me … words fail to convey how lucky I feel to have been able to study at the academy.”
A.R.T. features video interviews with graduates on its website, as well as images of graduates’ tattoo work after gaining official employment.
