Clearwater Compliance, a leading provider of solutions to help organizations become and remain HIPAA-HITECH compliant, announced today that it has been designated as a Preferred Vendor by the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP).

Preferred Vendor status is granted by ACAP based on feedback from the organization’s membership. Service providers must be endorsed by at least one ACAP member organization, and be in good standing with all members. A vendor is not eligible for the program if there is even one ACAP member that has experience with the vendor and is not comfortable recommending them.

Clearwater has an active HIPAA-HITECH compliance managed care practice, specializing in safety net health plans and commercial payors, currently assisting them safeguard the Protected Health Information of over 3 million lives.
