Educational Session Will Help ACAP Members Understand and Act On Specific Requirements Included in the HIPAA Security Final Rule

Clearwater Compliance announced today it will be hosting a joint webinar with the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) to help ACAP members understand and act on the specific periodic assessment requirements included in the HIPAA Security Final Rule, as amended by The HITECH Act.

The webinar, titled “The Critical Difference: HIPAA Security Compliance Assessment v. HIPAA Security Risk Analysis” will be held on November 12, at 2pm EST / 1pm CST time. Interested ACAP members can register here.
