Access Appoints Former US Army Ranger Davin Marceau as COO and Promotes Cody Strate to VP of Strategy & Innovation
SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas (PRWEB) September 13, 2018 -- Access today announced two significant additions to its executive leadership team. The company has appointed Davin Marceau to the newly created position of Chief Operations Officer. He brings a wealth of experience to the COO role. Marceau arrives at Access following a successful tenure as Vice President of Operations for a home services consulting firm, where he oversaw a team of 16 coaches and eight trainers and was responsible for delivering support/sustainment functions, strategic level decision making, and P&L management. Marceau also spent 16 years as a Ranger in the United States Army, serving in a variety of operations-specific roles.
“Throughout my career, I’ve always viewed leadership as an opportunity to serve others,” Marceau said. “My background in operations through various roles in the military and corporate environments has set me up for success in the industry, and I apply many of the same tenets today that I learned while in service. People deserve sound leadership through empowerment, and I strive to give them what they merit. I will try to bring a fresh perspective to my position, all while keeping our clients at the very forefront of what we do.”
Access also promoted Cody Strate to the new role of VP of Strategy & Innovation. He has spent 16 years at Access in various roles. With a pedigree in sales and customer service, Strate leads with a customer-centric mentality. This will guide his mandate in the new position.
“It’s very clear what we must do: offer solutions that overcome our customers’ business challenges, and provide them and their patients with the best possible experience,” Strate said. “We need to take difficult processes and convert them into simple ones that make things easier for users and patients alike. If we can help customers cut out the pain in such processes and improve the patient experience, then we’ll be successful.”
In his new role, Strate intends to oversee a comprehensive, client-focused initiative that involves meeting with customers to understand the issues they face, collaborating with them on practical, technology-based solutions that enhance both user and patient experiences, and implementing these solutions in real world scenarios.
