ACCESS Celebrates 50th Anniversary with 50 Acts of Kindness
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) June 05, 2019 -- As part of its ongoing 50th anniversary celebration, DMC leader ACCESS has launched 50 Acts of Kindness, a national give-back campaign benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities across the country.
Each of ACCESS’ 19 offices have already begun performing unique acts of kindness for local Ronald McDonald Houses – from donating new children’s book on National Read Across America to donating hand-decorated potted plants on Earth Day to volunteering time to make meals for house residents. By the end of the year, at least 50 acts of kindness will have been performed. Posts can be found on social media using the hashtag #ACCESSGives50.
ACCESS, who recently launched a newly-designed website to celebrate its 50 years, has a 10-year history of working with Ronald McDonald House Charities – an organization that provides free long-term housing for families with hospitalized children. ACCESS CEO Jennifer Miller shared, “As the destination management company that coined the term destination management, we are so proud of our history as an organization and within the industry. But as a company that has a history of looking to the future, we want to celebrate our milestone achievement in a way that will make both an immediate and future impact on the lives of families in our local communities.”
