Introducing Actualize: The Part-Time Coding Bootcamp & Apprenticeship By Anyone Can Learn To Code Has A New Name
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 08, 2016 -- Anyone Can Learn To Code, a tech education company providing coding resources to learners of all levels, announced today that it has renamed its part-time coding bootcamp and apprenticeship program to Actualize. Anyone Can Learn To Code (ACLTC) will remain the company name and encompass corporate training, meetup workshops, online tutorials and other resources, while Actualize will refer to the intensive coding bootcamp and apprenticeship program.
“We chose 'Actualize' because it reflects the commitment, hard work, and achievements of our graduates, as well as the intensity and reputation of our program,” said Jay Wengrow, Founder and CEO of Anyone Can Learn To Code and Actualize. “Anyone can learn to code with our tutorials and workshops, and those who want to make coding a career can join Actualize for the training and professional experience they need to achieve that goal.”
The Actualize bootcamp and apprenticeship program will continue to train successful web developers in Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco over the course of 17 weeks in class and up to another 17 weeks as developers for the company’s digital consultancy, The Difference Engine. The program’s part-time schedule also allows students to keep their day jobs while they prepare for their new careers.
All Actualize students learn a full stack of technologies and frameworks, including Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, AngularJS, and more, on weeknights and Sundays. Then, developers hone and practice their new skills while apprenticing with The Difference Engine, building impressive portfolios and gaining real-world professional experience. Upon completion of the program, Actualize developers are prepared to excel in software engineering as well as teach themselves any new language or technology they or their employers may need.
“Our commitment to each Actualize developer’s success in his or her new career and our dedication to educational best practices and pedagogy remain as strong as ever,” said Wengrow. “Actualize continues to provide developers-in-training with the skills, experience, and mindset they need to launch fulfilling careers in software development.”
