The annual MSS US Appliance Influencer Study for the Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator categories asks hundreds of Retail Sales Associate (RSA) influencers their opinion of the brands within each category, and to rank all the major brands in terms of the frequency they recommend them to consumers.
“Appliance sales associates have a tremendous impact on the brand of appliance consumer’s purchase. The products are technical, detailed, and a significant long-term investment for consumers. The award program recognizes the Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator brands, respectively, with the highest share of recommendations among RSAs in the annual MSS Appliance Influencer Studies. Notes: The 2015 US MSS Appliance Study surveyed hundreds of Retail Sales Associate influencers in the US between May and June. Results are based on measures of recommendation by influencers that are proprietary to actûrus. Awards are based on numerical scores, and not necessarily on statistical significance and provided among only those brands included for ratings in MSS Influencer studies.
