The Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute is pleased to announce that Dr. Keerthy Sunder will share his proven addiction treatment methods at the “Face Your Addiction & Save Your Life Conference” on Saturday, July 12 from 11-1 PM at the Porto Vista Hotel in San Diego. The conference is filling quickly, but those who are interested can still register at http://mbtrins.com/register. The treatment methods and ways of understanding addiction that will be shared during this conference are essential for both addicts and their families. For those who can’t attend, the conference will be recorded and available for download online.

During the seminar, Dr. Sunder will share little-known strategies for beating addiction and getting back your life. These are the same addiction treatment methods Dr. Sunder uses at the new Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute location in La Jolla. Attendees will receive revolutionary insight into the nature of addiction, including how an individual’s biology plays a part in becoming an addict and how addiction can alter a user’s brain. Dr. Sunder will share effective, evidence-based, cutting-edge relapse prevention methods that use FDA-approved medications as well as non-medical based treatments. These treatment methods are part of what makes MBTRI’s treatments unique.

Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute has a innovative approach to addiction treatment. This three-pronged approach includes treating addictions with medication, proven psychotherapy techniques and spiritual counseling. Many other treatment programs only focus on treating addiction with one of these methods.

“Our goal for the forum is to provide the necessary education so that addicts understand how addiction plays a role in their lives,” said Dr Sunder. “We also want to help addicts get back their lives by familiarizing them with effective and proven treatments.”

The forum is not just for addicts but also for family and friends of addicts to help understand the nature of addiction and learn how to help get their loved ones through recovery. Addicts and their families can learn more about Dr. Sunder’s new treatment methods at the new Mind & Body Treatment and Research Institute location.

This new location is in La Jolla, San Diego at 1170 Silverado Street. The focus of the new location will initially be Opiate Dependence detoxification.

Saturday’s addiction conference will be held at 1835 Columbia Street, San Diego at the Porto Vista Hotel, Costa del Sol Meeting room. For more information or to register for the conference, please visit http://mbtrins.com/register.
