Local Businesses Exhibit at Manufacturing Day in Marion, IN

Advanced Cabinet Systems (ACS) and other local businesses are showcasing their products at the Manufacturing Day Exhibit at the Marion Public Library through October.

Not only do we get the opportunity to increase public awareness of the variety of manufacturing companies in the area, we have also been given the opportunity to network with other manufacturers.

In efforts to promote local manufacturing businesses, The Marion Public Library has organized the 1st annual Manufacturing Day Exhibit. Manufacturers in the area were invited to bring an assortment of their products for display during the exhibit. The exhibit will be held at the Marion Public Library in Marion, Indiana on the 2nd floor of the Carnegie Building. Opening October 4th, the exhibit will start with a Business Before Hours hosted by the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce. The Manufacturing Day Exhibit will be open October 4th-October 31st. The exhibit’s hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am – 4 pm and alternate Fridays & Saturdays.

Several businesses have agreed to be a part of the exhibit including but not limited to: Advanced Cabinet Systems (ACS), Computer Age Engineering, Echelon, Weaver Popcorn, and Wiley Metal. “We’re pleased that the Marion Public Library has developed this exhibit. Not only do we get the opportunity to increase public awareness of the variety of manufacturing companies in the area, we have also been given the opportunity to network with other manufacturers,” says Marc Dunker, Creative Director—ACS. ACS brought sample cabinets, posters, and literature to display at the event.
