Industry Awards recognize the firm pioneering change in wealth management with numerous nominations.

We strive to not only optimize both the client and advisor experiences but also disrupt the industry as a whole.

AdvicePeriod, a planning-first wealth management firm, is pleased to announce their Finalist status for three WealthManagement.com Industry Awards in the categories of Industry Disruptor, Family Office Client Initiative, and Innovator of the Year. The awards recognize companies and individuals who encourage and support financial advisor and client success.

“We’re honored to be recognized in three different categories this year,” says Steve Lockshin, AdvicePeriod Co-founder and Principal, who was individually nominated for Innovator of the Year.

Lockshin was called out for his role in developing Vanilla, a platform to create efficiencies and identify estate tax reduction opportunities, originally built to service AdvicePeriod clients. “I am particularly proud of the variety of the categories in which we were nominated because it truly speaks to our depth as a company. We strive to not only optimize both the client and advisor experiences but also disrupt the industry as a whole, and the fact that all these efforts were acknowledged is gratifying.”

Specifically, AdvicePeriod’s CFO Services team received notoriety for its contributions. This team offers comprehensive, in-house business management services to ultra-high net worth clients to help them reach their financial goals across the board.

AdvicePeriod was founded six years ago with the goal of reinventing wealth management by leveraging technology. The company expects more exciting announcements in the coming weeks.
