Agnes Stupak Messina Joins Everyday Energy as Director of Marketing & Outreach
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) October 18, 2013 -- Everyday Energy, California’s leading solar finance, design, and installation company, serving the affordable housing market, is pleased to announce that Agnes Stupak Messina has joined the company as Director of Marketing and Outreach.
Ms. Messina brings with her a wealth of solar specific experience in the affordable housing space. Prior to Everyday Energy, she was the San Diego Program Manager for the MultiFamily Affordable Solar Housing Program (MASH) from 2010 to 2012 at The California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE). During her tenure she was the first Program Manager to supervise virtual net metering and administered over 90% of the MASH funds to completion. While at CCSE she also managed several other solar programs throughout California and the Self Generation Incentive Program in the SDGE territory.
Ms. Messina was extremely effective in her role at CCSE with respect to marketing, outreach and education to the affordable housing community on the availability of funds and the mechanics of obtaining them. Ms. Messina will continue to build on her wealth of experience through marketing and outreach initiatives that will target the entire state of California. With the passage of AB 217 and the President’s Climate Action Plan of 100 MW of solar on affordable housing by year 2020, her role will focus on educating the affordable housing marketplace of the benefits of solar PV, energy efficiency and the availability of innovative finance solutions.
