AHEAD, a leading provider of IT consulting and enterprise cloud solutions, today announced the appointment of David Morgan as its new vice president of professional services. In this role, Morgan will be responsible for managing AHEAD’s professional services practices, including spearheading initiatives that accelerate growth in professional services, and build both organizational scale and efficiency.

With nearly 20 years of proven business development experience, Morgan is an expert in building consulting capabilities, improving client relations, and streamlining service delivery processes. Prior to joining AHEAD, he was the general manager and senior director of professional services at ServiceNow, where he headed the company’s professional services activities for the northern and western United States and all of Canada. Before that, Morgan was the senior director of professional services at NetApp, where he led the company’s customer success and advanced consulting services in the Americas. Prior, Morgan worked as director of worldwide software group professional services at IBM, where he created and implemented best practices to ensure continued customer satisfaction, high profitability and decreased deployment risks.
