The Internet manners book Ain't "U" Got No Manners by Kristin Johnson nabbed the Bronze Award in the category of Computers and Technology in the 2018 Nonfiction Book Awards from the Nonfiction Authors Association (NFAA).
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Internet manners book by Kristin Johnson, Ain't "U" Got No Manners, dubbed by Patrick Evans of CBSTV-2 in Palm Springs as "the Bible For Social Media," nabbed the Bronze Award in the category of Computers and Technology in the 2018 Nonfiction Book Awards from the Nonfiction Authors Association (NFAA).
The judges' review states, "This book is chock-full of excellent advice and good psychology. It is written in the language of its target audience: people who are part-human, part-internet cyborgs, although they may not realize it. The information is well organized and presented, with lots of examples, appropriate evidence, and considerable humor."
The NFAA, founded in 2013 by author (From Entrepreneur to Infopreneur: Make Money with Books, eBooks, and Information Products) Stephanie Chandler, provides valuable education, resources, and a supportive community for 14,000 members who are experienced and beginning authors of nonfiction books.
The NFAA's Nonfiction Book Awards honors nonfiction books year-round and welcomes submissions of traditionally published and self-published books. The NFAA Web site states. "As an extension of the Nonfiction Authors Association, we are committed to honoring excellence in nonfiction books and welcome submissions by self-published and traditionally published authors alike, in both print and ebook formats. Publishers are also welcome to submit books for award consideration."
Johnson said, "Winning the Bronze Award from NFAA is an honor and, since the winners were notified in December, an unexpected Christmas present. The NFAA does great work and I tip my hat to Stephanie Chandler, Special Projects Director & Social Media Manager Sue Canfield, and everyone at NFAA."
