We are very happy to have won this recognition from our local community.

Airedale Springs, a leading manufacturer of springs based in Haworth near Keighley, were the proud recipients of three awards at the recent Keighley Business Awards. Named overall Business of the Year, they were also recognised with the Large Business of the Year and Employer of the Year titles, and also received special recognition as a runner-up in the Manufacturing or Engineering Business of the Year category.

The Keighley Business Awards were created to recognise the achievements of businesses within the Keighley and District area and, as a local family-run business, Airedale Springs are proud to be recognised by their community. This is the second year of the awards, with Airedale Springs previously being recognised as the Environmentally Friendly Business of the Year in 2013 thanks to their ongoing commitment to the environment. The awards were announced at a black tie ceremony held at the Victoria Hall in Keighley, attended by 220 guests and hosted by BBC Look North presenter Harry Gration.

Tim Parkinson, chairman of Airedale Springs, said: “We are very happy to have won this recognition from our local community. I would like to dedicate the awards to my staff, in recognition of all their hard work and achievements over the last four years.”

Established in 1945, Airedale Springs is an industry leader with a strong reputation for quality and service. Beginning as a traditional family company, they combine expertise and technology to create springs, wireforms and pressings for many leading names in British and international industries. Their advanced manufacturing facilities allow them to create both small batches of bespoke, handcrafted springs and large volume orders to suit the needs of their customers.
