Aleratec Unveils a High-Speed Family of IDE/SATA Hard Disk Drive Duplicators and Sanitizers
Chatsworth, California (PRWEB) November 05, 2013 -- Aleratec Inc., an award-winning digital duplication technology manufacturer with customers worldwide, unveiled the HDD Copy Cruiser IDE/SATA High-Speed family of duplicators/sanitizers today. Four models in the series handle the needs of any size business or organization, and all units support both IDE and SATA hard drives, unlike many high-performance HDD duplicators.
The HDD Copy Cruiser IDE/SATA High-Speed family allows IT professionals to perform sector-by-sector copies, including partition and boot sector information, from a single source hard disk. For large-scale operations, the family includes high capacity duplicators/sanitizers that can clone up to 24 or sanitize 25 hard disk drives at a time. The smallest model can duplicate up to five or sanitize up to six hard disk drives simultaneously and is ideal for organizations with fewer SATA or IDE hard drives to process on a regular basis.

Aleratec's HDD Copy Cruiser IDE/SATA High-Speed family also features "Certified Sanitization", a credential given only to our products for which a leading forensic data recovery company has confirmed that all digital data stored on hard drives sanitized by the 7-pass overwrite of the device has been permanently destroyed and meets the criteria set forth in NIST 800-88.
