San Diego, Calif (PRWEB) September 22, 2014
Parallel 6, a creative enterprise mobile technology company that specializes in Mobile as a Platform (MaaP) solutions, announced Allan Camaisa as its new chief executive officer. Camaisa brings more than 22 years of technology experience to Parallel 6. His transition from executive chairman to CEO solidifies the company’s commitment to international growth and advancement in mobile technology.
“As digital and mobile solutions grow to be a business’ number one strength in connecting with their customers and clients, I believe that our Captive Reach enterprise mobile technology platform is the strongest and most reliable technology to do so,” said Camaisa. “As Parallel 6 continues to expand into industries such as healthcare clinical trials and government outreach, I’m excited to see our company provide a variety of technology-based solutions to these verticals.”
Camaisa is a Navy Veteran, having served seven years active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer. After the Navy, he operated and sold several technology companies to large public corporations.
High Technology Solutions (HTS) was a systems integrator with more than $50M in revenues and recognized as an INC 500 company three years in a row. Camaisa sold HTS to Wireless Facilities, Inc. (now KRATOS). His next venture, Anakam, Inc., a software security company founded in 2004, was recognized as an INC 500 for one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Anakam was sold to Equifax, Inc. just six years later in 2010.
Camaisa is a holder of four US Patents. He’s received many awards for his successful businesses such as the Governor's Small Business of the Year Award, the 1998 Ernst and Young Regional Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Internet and Software Category, and the SBA Small Business Person of the Year.
As CEO, Camaisa will continue to be supported by other Parallel 6 leadership such as former CEO, President and Chief Technology Officer, David Turner (founder) and Chief Operating Officer, Jesse O’Gorman.
“Allan has an impressive track record over the past two decades building and operating technology companies,” said Turner. “His experience and pattern recognition at this stage of business will ensure Parallel 6 continues to provide the best in-class mobile technology around the world as we move through the next phase of our growth cycle. I can’t tell you how pleased we are to have Allan take on an active and day-to-day role as the CEO of Parallel 6.”
