Allied Telecom Launches New Portal for Voice and Unified Communications Clients, Powered by Park Bench Solutions

Allied Telecom, a leading Unified Communications provider, today announced the launch of its new AllCloud Connection portal, powered by Park Bench Solutions’ odin platform. AllCloud Connection provides Allied’s voice and Unified Communications clients with a modern, responsive interface for self-service account and user management, feature activation, and real-time reporting.

“In keeping with Allied’s core value of Constant and Never-ending Improvement, we listened to requests from our clients and responded with a new and improved portal,” said Allied’s Director of Unified Communications Solutions, Robert Dawson. “Our clients wanted a clean, simple interface that would allow their group administrators and users to easily configure common settings and generate reports. The new portal represents a dramatic upgrade to the administrator and end user experience, and provides account access from any device at any time.”

Allied chose to partner with Park Bench Solutions for the portal project after gathering requirements and looking at several development options. “Park Bench Solutions was the clear winner due to their flexibility in meeting the project’s needs, and because of the demonstrated power of their odin platform,” said Mr. Dawson.

The odin APIs and portal provide a standardized set of tools upon which to build powerful user facing solutions. This agility empowers Allied to easily add features in response to new product development efforts and based on feedback from clients.
