TSW Alloy Wheels Introduces the Innovative 5-spoke Ascent Model
Huntington Beach, CA (PRWEB) October 31, 2015 -- Offering car and truck lovers more options to upgrade the appearance and performance of their vehicles, TSW Alloy Wheels has dramatically expanded its product offerings of aftermarket wheels and all wheels can be viewed at http://www.tsw.com/alloy_wheels.php . The lightweight, high strength aluminum alloys wheels, including the new Ascent model, are engineered in a wide range of specifications to fit over 30 different automobile makes, from Acura to Volvo as well as all domestically made brands.
“We time the introduction of our new alloy wheels each year with the SEMA auto industry trade event,” explained Terence Scheckter, president of TSW Alloy Wheels. “So many of our dealers attend SEMA to plan their next year’s purchases, so it’s a great opportunity for us to amp up the excitement about our products” Scheckter added. The SEMA show takes place in Las Vegas, November 3-6, 2015.
Headlining the new wheel introductions is the multipiece Ascent model. Five bold and brawny spokes rise from a deeply recessed hub to give these custom wheels dramatic dimensionality. Ascent wheels are manufactured employing a highly advanced casting approach combined with and an ingenious multi-piece manufacturing process. Multi-piece wheels combine the reduced weight of a forged outer barrel with the design flexibility of a cast hub and spoke system. The two components are joined with fusion welding for a near-invisible seam and ultimate durability. The Ascent is offered in an attractive matte gunmetal finish with a gloss black face or in matte titanium silver.
TSW prides itself on achieving a precision fit across the broad range of domestic and imported vehicles they support. Accordingly, the Ascent wheel is offered in five different bolt patterns and center bore diameters. Like all TSW wheels, Ascent wheels are hub-centric, meaning the center bore is sized to fit snugly over the wheel hub for a smooth ride and the safest possible mounting. Factory tire pressure monitoring systems are supported and OE lugs can be redeployed. Additionally, the Ascent is manufactured in a broad range of widths and diameters to facilitate staggered fitments, popular with those seeking aftermarket wheels that enhance traction and provide a more aggressive stance.
Vehicle owners can see all TSW custom wheels at the newly revamped http://www.tsw.com/ website. By clicking on the Wheel Configurator tab, shoppers can invoke an image of their year, make, model and color car or truck and visually “try on” each TSW design, finish and compatible size wheel. The Wheel Fitment Guide tab at http://fitment.tsw.com/ provides a list of all those compatible sizes for each make and model vehicle. A zip code-driven dealer locator is also on the site, as well as a guide to dealers outside the United States.
Many of TSW’s alloy wheels carry the names of famous racetracks as a reflection of the company’s rich racing heritage. Founded by a former Formula One racecar driver, TSW has been actively involved in motorsports ever since. The company has built a wide network of dealers nationwide and worldwide that have special wheel and tire expertise.
