ALOHA Mind Math Adds Two New Learning Centers In April 2015; One In Texas And One In California
Plano, Texas (PRWEB) May 13, 2015 -- With a planned opening of summer 2015, these two new ALOHA Math and Reading | Writing centers learning centers will make 11 ALOHA centers in Texas, and more than 20 centers in California. Targeted to the needs of students ages 5-12, ALOHA learning centers cater to both high achieving children, and to those who are struggling. Programs in math, reading & writing are available; information at: ALOHAMindMath.com, or Walnutcreek(at)aloha-usa(dot)com (CA), or Northsa(at)aloha-usa(dot)com.
Both centers will bring the company’s signature Mind Math program called ALOHA Mind Math and their Reading | Writing programs to more children in their respective areas. ALOHA stands for "Abacus Learning of Higher Arithmetic." An abacus is an ancient calculator tool used by sliding beads to count. If it sounds too simple to work, people might be surprised to learn that these instructor-led, small-class-size, math tutoring sessions teach children to solve complex arithmetic questions—think (128+432-46+514)/82—in their heads more quickly than most people can on a calculator.
The after school or evening academic enrichment programs provided by ALOHA Mind Math offer children ages 5-12 life-long skills through these elementary school programs. Parents who want to give their high-achieving children more tools to help them excel will find ALOHA’s enrichment programs helpful. For children who need math help or improved reading and writing skills, ALOHA gives them a broader skill set to help them do better in school.
“I'm really excited about this opportunity. I think there are too many children afraid of mathematics and kids that lack the confidence to succeed in school. All children have the power and ability to do great things. I truly believe ALOHA's unique concept can provide the necessary tools to excel in school and best of all give our children the confidence they deserve. My center will be located in Castle Hills and will be serving areas of north San Antonio, Texas,” said new, ALOHA North San Antonio, TX center director, Elena Mueller.
“My passion is engaging children in the development of their full potential. My daughter has been an ALOHA student and I have seen exceptional improvements in her math ability and enjoyment of the subject. I am excited to bring Aloha Mind Math to Walnut Creek, California, in the East Bay area opening September 2015,” said new ALOHA Walnut Creek, CA center director Hali Haussmann.
