Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies Appoints Wellness Industry Experts to its Leadership Team
COLUMBUS, Ohio (PRWEB) March 25, 2019 -- Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies announced today that it has expanded its leadership team by appointing Lynn Henry to the position of chief operating officer and Kris Zitzmann to vice president of strategic solutions. With a combined 50 years of industry experience, Zitzmann and Henry are recognized leaders in the workplace health and wellbeing industry and previously held executive-level positions in the employer division of The StayWell Company, LLC.
“Workplace wellbeing is an ever-changing practice that is based on an understanding of behavior change and proven best practices for improving the health of employee populations,” said Kay Lakhi, founder and CEO of Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies. “Lynn and Kris have a proven track record of success in developing purpose-driven workplace wellbeing initiatives that build happy, productive populations. Together, they will act as a catalyst for future business growth at Alyfe, while helping our employee populations thrive and achieve lasting behavior change.”
In her role as chief operating officer, Henry will be responsible for developing high-performing teams that drive customer service excellence and overseeing Alyfe’s market-focused products and services. Henry will oversee product enhancements related to onsite programming, wellbeing challenges, incentive programs, health screenings, and the company’s soon-to-be-released True You lifestyle coaching. Prior to her role at Alyfe, Henry was president of the Health Management Solutions division of StayWell, and founder and CEO of InspiHRe, Inc., a human resource consulting firm focused on the needs of small employers. She also served as a senior consultant for the national health and productivity management practice of Mercer.
As vice president of strategic solutions, Zitzmann will leverage her experience working with Fortune 500 companies to help Alyfe develop comprehensive wellbeing programs that meet the needs of a new workforce. Her focus will be strategizing with national populations and meeting the growing demand for initiatives that address all facets of wellbeing – physical, emotional, financial, career, social, and community.
According to Lakhi, hiring top talent is but one way that Alyfe Wellbeing Strategies is committing to market growth. The company is also investing in product development, expanding its partnership strategy, and launching a new suite of comprehensive wellbeing solutions tailored to personalized risks, objectives, and interests.
