AMC Technology, a leading customer service integration platform provider, is launching its newest product, the DaVinci App for Twilio Flex. The DaVinci App for Twilio Flex is currently available for public preview.

The CPaaS integrations offered by AMC like Twilio Flex, join the growing library of integrations DaVinci is providing to industry leaders like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and SAP C4C. These DaVinci integrations will add to the breadth of connections AMC already provide with its premise-based platform, Picasso.
The DaVinci App for Twilio Flex gives contact centers the ability to choose different applications for the communication channels they use and consolidates them, allowing them to use the best-of-breed solutions they want.
“Regardless of which CRM integration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP C4C) solution customers are using, DaVinci gives them a lot of options for channel integration. Customers could configure Twilio Flex for voice and customer chat and choose a different vendor for SMS, and another vendor for agent-to-agent chatting,” said Uliano. “If a customer has simpler requirements, a single app can handle all the channels through a single platform. With DaVinci agents get a single pane of glass for improved customer service.”
Customers can also expect advanced features within DaVinci’s toolbar like screen pop, activity creation, call notes and advanced reporting. The nature of the cloud offering brings a new set of benefits to customers including ease of install, use and sign-up, and affordable payment options for all business sizes with pay-as-you go subscription models.
As part of the celebratory launch of DaVinci, AMC Technology will unveil details of the new product at Twilio SIGNAL conference October 17-18 in San Francisco at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in booth F6. In addition, AMC’s Anthony Uliano will be presenting, “Three Approaches for Integrating Your CRM into Twilio Flex” on Wednesday, October 17 at 3:00 PM PT in the Maeve Room.
