On April 13, 2015, Amoso Properties released a new interactive mobile app to help improve communications between their owners and tenants. Called Property Management St. Louis, the free app is presently available through the Google Play store and was designed for the company’s current tenants. However, Amoso Properties has already brainstormed a number of future developments to help promote efficient communication between the organization and its clients.
Amoso Properties decided to create their app after realizing that their owners and tenants might not always be able to call or email the company. As a result, the app works to simplify direct communication by allowing tenants to submit maintenance requests and other messages, which are then emailed directly to the maintenance team. The app also allows property owners to set appointments with team members to discuss managing their properties or any concerns they may have. Additionally, the app offers basic information about Amoso Properties, their location, and a link to their blog and Facebook page to help users stay connected and up-to-date on management ideas, tips and more. The app even uses Google Maps to help users find the company for face-to-face meetings.
The first version of Property Management St. Louis has been released to the Google Play store and is undergoing the approval process for Apple as well. While the present version of the app is designed only for current tenants, Amoso Properties is interested in expanding its features in the future to further increase efficiency. For example, the company is considering posting its available properties on the app. However, representatives say that their current main focus is improving communication with property owners and tenants, a factor they believe is vital for effective property management.
