Another Homeowner Loses Her Home In Trustee Sale Auction to a 3rd Party Highest Bidder. Homeowner then Contacts The NonProfit Alliance Of Consumer Advocates, And Through Their Efforts She Wins Home Back And Receives Permanent Loan Modification!
GARDENA, Calif., Aug. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ Once again the Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates helps another devastated Homeowner with a Trustee Sale Reversal soon after they had their home auctioned off at the Court House steps by their lender.
Keith & Gail Brisco who have owned their Gardena home since 2004, unsuccessfully tried to get their lender to help them with a loan modification since early 2016. Their home was sold to a 3rd party highest bidder on June 6, 2019 at their lenders Trustee Sale Auction.
Fortunately for the Briscos, they were referred to the Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates, a Faith Based Not For Profit Legal Clinic headed by Attorney Peter Nisson. Attorney Peter Nisson who is the Senior Legal Services Director is an Appellate Attorney licensed by the State Bar since 1974. The Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates focuses on financial literacy by mainly helping troubled homeowners restructure delinquent home loans while helping rehabilitate their homeownership thru their Borrower Restoration Program. The program reestablishes their positive credit profiles and other important borrowing criteria with zero out of pocket cost before a Trustee Sale Auction occurs.
Once it was identified that the Brisco's home was sold at Auction to a 3rd party highest bidder, the Briscos were immediately introduced to the Consumer Defense Law Group, a law firm that has a long standing history of successfully suing lenders for violating homeowner rights and negotiating favorable settlement outcomes.
While Consumer Defense Law Group worked on reversing the Trustee Sale back into the Brisco's name, the Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates helped the Briscos get approved for a short term Private Investor Bridge Loan that would help get the Brisco's back on the right track and retain their home. The Briscos would once again meet preferred lending underwriting guidelines thru the Nonprofits Borrower Restoration Program.
Consumer Defense Law Group, owned and operated by Attorney Anthony Cara was once again successful in reversing another Trustee sale and returned the foreclosed home back into the name of Gail and Keith Brisco. The Briscos were also offered a permanent Loan Modification even though previously rejected by the same lender that foreclosed on them. Today the Brisco's home loan is in good standing.
