In its latest Hot Vendor reports, Aragon Research Inc. identifies noteworthy, visionary, and innovative vendors in five markets: Digital Business Platforms (DBP), Document & Contract Analytics, Conversational AI, Dynamic Experience Management, and Intelligent Content Analytics for Voice.

In Dynamic Experience Management (DXM), the key role of content cannot be overstated when it comes to delivering a better digital customer experience. Aragon identifies three Hot Vendors in this market who are enabling enterprises to do just that.
