Phased Renovation will Provide Interior Upgrades Across Multiple Floors of Government Administration and Public Services Building
RESTON, Va., Aug. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Architecture, Incorporated has been selected by Arlington County to lead the interior renovation of the 235,000 sf Courthouse Plaza government administration building located in Clarendon, VA. The complex renovation will optimize the work environment in response to changing business processes and consolidation of public-facing services. Phased renovations will span multiple floors of the ten-story building and is slated to achieve LEED Silver certification.
