Arizona Oncology Selects Navigating Cancer’s Patient Relationship Management Platform

Digital health tracking for patient reported outcomes will improve symptom reporting and patient care across the entire network

Navigating Cancer, the developer of the most broadly deployed patient relationship management (PRM) platform in oncology, today announced that Arizona Oncology will deploy the Navigating Cancer platform to streamline triage and standardize care across all practices regardless of the EMR and practice location.

Arizona Oncology is one of the largest cancer centers in Arizona, with more than 65 practicing physicians and 40 advanced practice providers devoted exclusively to the most comprehensive, compassionate and quality cancer care specialized in breast surgical oncology, medical, gynecologic, and radiation oncology, hematology, stem cell transplant, research, genetic risk assessment and patient ancillary programs. Arizona Oncology is also part of the US Oncology Network, one of the nation's largest healthcare services networks dedicated exclusively to cancer treatment and research.

The Navigating Cancer solution includes the Health Tracker program for collecting and managing electronic Patient-Reported Outcomes (ePRO). Health Tracker enables providers to monitor patients remotely and deliver proactive care when needed, helping patients avoid unnecessary hospital visits and further protecting vulnerable patients undergoing cancer treatment. Health Tracker is an integrated part of Navigating Cancer’s Patient Monitoring solution, which also enables care teams to collect patient assessments and surveys using validated instruments.
