ASI Again Leads in Performance and Client Satisfaction with Implementations: 2013 Lehman Study
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) May 15, 2014 -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), the largest, privately-owned global provider of not-for-profit software, today announced ASI/iMIS clients once again ranked their satisfaction with the implementation experience higher than those of all other association software providers according to the independent 2013 Global Association Software Study conducted by Lehman Associates. The study showed that ASI is the leader in:
• Performance after Implementation – 80% found iMIS performance after the implementation was as expected or better compared to 65% for the next-closest provider.
• On-Time Implementation – 65% found the implementation time of iMIS was as expected or better compared to 40% for the next-closest provider.
• Ease of Implementation – 70% found the ease of implementing iMIS was as expected or better compared to 45% for the next-closest provider.
The study also found that iMIS clients who work with an Authorized iMIS Solution Provider (AiSP) are significantly more likely to be willing to recommend that AiSP to a colleague than the comparative figures for other association software providers/products.
ASI remains the most widely used association software in the world with a 31% share of the market in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand compared to the next-best provider with just 12%.
Lehman Associates interviewed and compiled data from national and international associations with budget sizes of $1 million or greater. Respondents were asked to provide information on their current use of association software technology, purchasing process, upgrade factors and implementation experience, as well as product satisfaction levels.
This is the fifth year Lehman Associates has conducted the survey in the US and iMIS has been rated #1 in market size and the implementation experience each year. This is the second year for the survey in Canada, the UK, and Australia; the 2013 study is the first for New Zealand.
“This year’s Lehman study once again demonstrates ASI’s commitment to great client service and the impact a well-executed implementation can have on an organization’s performance,” said Bob Alves, ASI Chairman and CEO. “We’re so proud that ASI continues to expand our customer base around the world because our clients share their on-time, on-budget iMIS implementation experience with colleagues.”
