ASI Gathers Association & Not-for-Profit Leaders for Performance Improvement Summit
Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) October 30, 2014 -- Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a global provider of not-for-profit software, today announced the successful launch of its first CxO event in Washington, DC on October 15, 2014. Held at the Embassy Suites Convention Center, the invitation-only Performance Improvement Summit brought together more than 60 of the best and brightest minds from the association and not-for-profit communities to discuss the latest strategies for enhancing retention, increasing revenue, and ensuring continuous performance improvement. See the full program and list of speakers here.
After a brief general session, the attendees broke out into membership and fundraising groups where they heard case studies from fellow leaders and participated in a panel discussion on engagement measurement strategies. Attendees were guided through a 25-point performance questionnaire and were invited to provide their completed assessments to ASI for a complimentary consultation that can benchmark their results with other organizations and provide best practices for improving those results.
“Through our work with thousands of clients worldwide we’ve discovered that the most successful not-for-profits are those with a culture of continuous performance improvement,” said Bob Alves, Chairman and CEO of ASI. “The CxO summit was all about sharing new ideas to achieve this and the feedback we received from participants was so powerful that we plan to take this event to other cities across the country so others can benefit.”
