Cancer has touched many employees at over the years, which gives them insight into the struggles many women go through during treatment. Chemotherapy is not only taxing on the body but it also affects the spirit. Most women undergoing chemotherapy lose their hair, which makes the disease and struggle more public and emotionally painful. During this time, it helps to have a beautiful and stylish slip-on beanie to wear, which is why Chemo Beanies® were created. The team wants to help women going through treatment for cancer feel better by maintaining their dignity and style with Chemo Beanies®.

While Angelle Albright, Co-Founder of Chemo Beanies®, lost her hair during chemotherapy treatments for breast cancer she found it very difficult to find slip on head wear that was functional as well as stylish. When Albright's sister was diagnosed with breast cancer five years later, she wanted to provide a better option for her sister, which is how Chemo Beanies® came to be.
