Alex is enthusiastic and eager to learn and we are delighted he has joined our team.

Asset Enterprise Partnership LLP is a professional property investment consultancy with a mission to help its clients earn an additional income by utilising dormant or underperforming savings, equity or pensions to purchase an income generating asset from a portfolio of fully managed freehold and long-leasehold properties, including luxury hotel & spa resorts, student accommodation and care homes in the UK and overseas.

Just a few weeks ago, Asset Enterprise Partnership moved from shared office space at Court Farm, Brantham on the Suffolk Essex border, into its own dedicated office at Unit 12 Court Farm, and in doing so has been able to take on its first new employee.

Alex Westcott has joined the company as a trainee sales consultant on a Sales and Telesales Apprenticeship. Twenty-year old Alex has a background in the Health, Fitness and Leisure industries and has plenty of experience in dealing with the public. Managing Partner, Aaron Foster said, “It was clear to us that Alex has really good people skills, which will be a great asset to our company as he starts to network and meet our clients and prospective clients. He is also enthusiastic and eager to learn and we are delighted he has joined our team.”

Asset Enterprise Partnership LLP is also delighted to announce that it is now officially affiliated with charted financial planners, Smith & Pinching. As ‘Introducer Appointed Representatives’, Asset Enterprise Partnership will be able to confidently refer clients to Smith & Pinching, should they require independent financial advice.

“As part of our continuing commitment to offer our clients specialist third party financial advice, it is important to us to be affiliated with such a well-known and well respected company in the financial services industry,” said Aaron. “The property investment industry is not currently regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, but it is important to us that our clients seek independent financial advice before completing such a purchase. Our affiliation with Smith and Pinching will also provide our clients with access to a free pension review, investment management and other financial services that complement what is offered by Asset Enterprise Partnership.”
