Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook, a Gardant affordable assisted living community, is hosting an Open House and Health Fair from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on April 24.
The community, which is located at 550 Kildeer Dr. in Bolingbrook, Illinois, serves older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence.

Heritage Woods staff will be available to answer questions about supportive living and give tours of the community during the event.

The Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook affordable assisted living community is certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program and is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois.
