BMA Affordable Assisted Living Community in Chicago to Host Jazzin’ at the View Open House
Bradley, Illinois (PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- Churchview Supportive Living, a BMA affordable assisted living community, will host a Jazzin’ at the View Open House from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 24.
The community, which is located at 2626 W. 63rd St. in Chicago, serves low-income older adults, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence.
Cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres will be served, and guests will have an opportunity to win raffle prizes.
The Moe Fitz Project will provide entertainment with the group’s smooth jazz sounds.
Throughout the evening, Churchview staff will be available to answer questions about the newly renovated community and give tours of the building.
“We invite area seniors to join us for our Jazzin’ at the View Open House as we unveil the latest renovations to our community,” said Thalia Barrrow, Director of Marketing for Churchview.

The community combines residential apartment-home living and the availability of personal assistance, help with medications and a variety of convenience and support services.
Residents live in private apartments that feature a kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and grab bars, individually-controlled heating and air conditioning, and an emergency alert system.
Certified nursing assistants, working under the direction of a licensed nurse, are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Meals, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.
"Residents also benefit from all of the opportunities that are available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in activities and special programs," says Barrow.
Based in Bradley, Illinois, BMA Management operates 37 assisted living, senior living and memory care communities that together house nearly 3,700 homes and apartments.
"Our focus," says Rod Burkett, President and CEO of BMA, "is to provide Churchview residents with the love, compassion and dignity that they deserve and the help and assistance that they need. Our emphasis is on helping each resident achieve and maintain as much independence as possible for as long as possible."
