Associated Risk Managers Appoints Kelly McLemore to Head ARMFiCo Operations
RIVERDALE, Ill. (PRWEB) August 03, 2018 -- McLemore, who is president of ARM of Mid America, takes the helm of ARMFiCo to further the support the division provides to member agencies. “My goal is to lead further efforts to enhance the value that ARMFiCo brings to our members,” says McLemore. “My main goal for ARMFiCo is to strengthen the program by increasing agent awareness of the benefits through shared successes of other member agents, and generate additional revenue to the program and in turn, to participating agents.”
McLemore is excited for the opportunity to collaborate with ARM leadership. “ARM International’s newly elected chairperson Mary Pursell became quickly involved with the ARMFiCo board to align our goals and messaging, and we are thrilled to be working with her as we grow and promote this program.”
A veteran of the insurance industry, McLemore brings a wealth of experience to the position. Starting her career as a personal lines account manager, McLemore has an 18-year background in insurance sales, marketing and management. She helped to build and manage the agency development and risk management programs for Oklahoma Agents Alliance, served as marketing development director for the Oklahoma Schools Risk Management Trust, and is on the board of directors for Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma City.
McLemore is the president and executive director for ARM of Mid-America, a regional ARM association of independent insurance agencies with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, and serves on the ARMI Agency committee, which is focused on growing ARM’s national programs. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from University of Central Oklahoma.
Established in 2004, ARMFiCo is the premium financing company for the ARM network of agencies. Available to members in all of the ARM represented states, ARMFiCo provides member agencies with a competitive starting interest buy rate, online quoting authority up to $100,000, and check authority up to $100,000. ARMFiCo also shares profits with its members.
“I am honored to be chosen to lead such a vitally important service we provide to our member agencies,” says McLemore. “ARMFiCo is not only one of the oldest but also one of the most lucrative programs ARM offers to member agencies. With the majority of revenue generated going directly to the agents, it is truly a member-focused program. I am most excited to be working with the board of directors and the ARM executive committee to enhance our marketing strategies in promoting ARMFiCo to new and existing ARM members.”
