On October 3, 2013, Bardi Heating and Air, an Atlanta heating and air conditioning service, attended the BirdDog “Recruit Top Talent” workshop, a pre-conference seminar for the Nexstar Network focusing on recruiting talent for the construction and skilled trades industries, at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Bardi’s Residential General Manager, Gresham Ard, presented a breakout session, “Recruiting Innovation at Bardi Mechanical.”
