On October 3, 2013, Bardi Heating and Air, an Atlanta heating and air conditioning service, attended the BirdDog “Recruit Top Talent” workshop, a pre-conference seminar for the Nexstar Network focusing on recruiting talent for the construction and skilled trades industries, at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Bardi’s Residential General Manager, Gresham Ard, presented a breakout session, “Recruiting Innovation at Bardi Mechanical.”
“I was excited to be a part of this seminar as a presenter. Understanding how to recruit not just top talent but also innovators and leaders is important,” says Gresham Ard. “Leaving the seminar with the top award of Recruiting Leader of the Pack was a surprise, but I appreciate the recognition of our hard work and innovative recruiting efforts.”
