Regardless of which side of the docket an attorney appears on, we are all responsible for producing the best possible outcome for our clients.

Steven G. Hill, a co-founder of Atlanta-based law firm Hill, Kertscher & Wharton, LLP, recently served as a panelist at a well-attended session at the Intellectual Property SpringPosium 2015. The annual event is presented by the Atlanta Bar Association and was held at Barnsley Gardens, a top destination in Northwest Georgia. Hill’s session covered important issues impacting law firms and clients in complex patent, copyright and trademark litigation.
Hill speaks frequently at large and small events, and believes that one of the best ways to improve legal representation for all clients is to share effective techniques among members of the bar. “Regardless of which side of the docket an attorney appears on, we are all responsible for producing the best possible outcome for our clients,” said Hill. “I always look forward to participating in conferences where leading attorneys are available and willing to share great ideas about what works and what doesn’t.”
