Lever Stewart, the owner and CEO of MLQ Attorney Services, recently presented to members of the Atlanta Paralegal Association in a well-attended session hosted by Atlanta law firm Burr & Forman, LLP. Stewart’s presentation is approved for continuing legal education credit by the State Bar of Georgia and covers important law changes affecting service of process requirements.

Although Stewart speaks frequently at large and small legal industry conferences, he felt it was particularly important to address a recent judicial ruling in a lawsuit regarding Georgia's certified process server statute. “The best paralegals stay very up-to-date on changes in the law that may affect the cases their law firms or corporate legal departments are involved in,” said Stewart. “I always look forward to working with them to better understand the requirements of not only service of process, but also other tricky issues that arise in the course of litigation.”

Stewart and representatives from the MLQ Team also exhibited at last week's Georgia Trial Lawyers Association annual conference.

About MLQ Attorney Services: Since 1982, MLQ has been a recognized leader in the legal support industry. The company serves law firms and collection companies with needs across the United States from its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
