In honor of a successful forty-five years offering estate planning services, attorney Bruce Harper, founder of Harper Law Firm, continues to focus on growth and the needs of his clients with a new and improved website, http://www.bharperlaw.com. “Our new site has a modern look and links to our social media pages,” said Harper. “It is also user- and mobile-friendly.”

The new Harper Law Firm website also includes information about what estate planning is, the purpose of a will, what probate is, what a trust does, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship and conservatorship, and why one should start estate planning now. “The reasons for starting estate planning now are numerous, and include retiring at a specific age, providing security for both spouses after retirement, providing security for the surviving spouse, relieving the surviving spouse of estate management responsibilities, and more,” added Harper, a past President of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association and the Yellowstone Valley Estate Planning Council.

After forty-five years of estate planning experience, Harper is adept at simplifying the estate planning discussion. In fact, his motto is “Keep it simple.” “Keeping it simple includes a basic introduction to self-created or grantor trusts and a discussion of why such trusts have now become the preferred dispositive estate planning tool,” concluded Harper.
