Attorney John Igarashi

Attorney John Igarashi, founder of The Law Offices of John Y. Igarashi, recently filed a discrimination and wrongful termination complaint on behalf of plaintiffs Gervacio, et. al. The six plaintiffs, all sterile processing technicians of Filipino descent working in Anaheim, allege that they were terminated by their employer, Kaiser Foundation Hospitals (defendant), on the basis of their race and national origin. The case is presently pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange (Case No. 30-2016-00867138).

According to court documents, the plaintiffs allegedly had exemplary service records, with positive performance reviews. Court documents further state that the plaintiffs, under an allegedly false pretext, were written up and terminated in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
