Austin & Williams, a leading branding, advertising, digital and direct marketing agency headquartered on Long Island, New York, recently announced the hiring of 12 new professionals and the promotion of four existing team members to help the firm keep pace with its steady growth.
Named one of the nation’s fastest-growing agencies last year, Austin & Williams’ unprecedented growth has continued in 2015, according to Rick Chiorando, agency principal and chief creative officer.

Newly acquired clients for the advertising and marketing agency include Fordham University, Life’s WORC/The Family Center for Autism, Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY), NBTY, Nicolock, Nikon and Sterling National Bank.
Sheira Rosenberg of Dix Hills, NY, recently joined the advertising agency as an account director, working on Life’s WORC/The Family Center for Autism, MCNY and Nicolock. She previously was an account supervisor at Sanna Mattson Macleod.
Leading the agency’s growing studio is Creative Director Bryan Hynes, who came to Austin & Williams from L.F. O’Connell, where he held a similar position. He resides in Mastic Beach, NY. Joining Bryan are two new senior art directors, Larry Baronciani and Heather Monetti. Larry Baronciani is a Farmingdale, NY resident who previously served as a senior art director for Curran & Connors. Heather Monetti, a resident of Bethpage, NY, was previously an art director at Jay-Z and Steve Stoute’s company, Translation LLC. Rounding out the latest additions to the marketing agency’s studio team is junior copywriter Stefanie McLeod of Selden, NY, who recently earned her copywriting certificate while working as a retail supervisor.
Frank Durante of Selden, NY, now leads A&W’s growing digital development team. Frank joined the advertising agency from Lounge Lizard Worldwide, where he was director of IT. Web developer Nick Basil of Smithtown, NY, joins the agency from Active Web Group, where he held the same position. Front-end developer Mark Russell, who lives in Sayville, NY, was previously an interactive developer at Latitude Design. Tricia Zorn of Syosset, NY, joins as digital project manager; she held a similar position at Marden-Kane Digital Promotions prior to joining the agency.
A&W also added three new members to its digital and traditional media teams. Kevin Geist was recently hired as a digital strategist. He previously served as a digital marketing analyst at NBTY, Inc., and lives in Greenlawn, NY. Juan Tejada joined the agency as a paid search strategist. The Plainview, NY, resident was previously an SEM manager at Adventure Media Group. Erica Brown of Commack, NY, joined Austin & Williams’ media team as an integrated media supervisor. Erica was previously a senior lead acquisition specialist at National Consumer Panel.
The advertising agency also recently promoted three members of the account management team, and one member of the media team. Jennifer Forgét of Islip, NY, was promoted to vice president of client engagement. Jennifer’s previous position was group account director. Jessica Guidoboni was promoted to account supervisor. The Farmingdale, NY, resident formerly held the position of account executive. Lisa Liebman of Greenlawn, NY, has been named vice president, managing director from her previous position of managing director. Pam Schneck was promoted to senior integrated media planner. The Mineola, NY, resident was previously an integrated media planner.
