Austin Roll Off Dumpster Rental Company AYD Waste Announces New Hire and Introduces iPads for Improved Client Support
Austin, TX (PRWEB) July 28, 2014 -- Today the Austin, TX-based construction dumpster rental company At Your Disposal Waste Services, Inc. announced the hiring of Amber Fikes as an outside sales representative. In addition, the company has implemented an electronic filing and communication system run through a special iPad program intended to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Amber Fikes brings several years of previous sales experience and an extensive background in real estate to AYD. She is a lifetime resident of Austin, TX. “I love customer service and sales because every day there is something new and there are always interesting challenges to overcome,” said Ms. Fikes. “This job keeps things exciting!”
The new iPad electronic system will improve efficiency and communication between AYD’s outside sales staff. Contracts and sales will be keyed in to the system in real time, and will allow each sales representative to “see” where colleagues are and which contracts they’re currently working on.
This system will also improve customer service. Contracts can now be completed, signed and submitted electronically using the iPad versus the outdated process of printing and faxing a physical form.
“This new program implementation is exciting for me and my staff,” said Chuck Herb, owner of AYD Waste. “The iPads and electronic services are going to be a tremendous benefit to my customers and my employees. Sales representatives will be able to submit new contracts, track contract dates and send invoices via the iPad which will reduce their travel time to and from our office. My goal is for them to be out working around Austin and not spending as much administrative time working in our office. The electronic filing system means we can assist customers immediately, versus waiting on emails, fax machines and printers.”
