Axios Systems Recognized in Gartner’s 2014 Critical Capabilities for IT Service Catalog Tools Report

Axios received an overall product viability rating of “Good” for its solution assyst.
The report assessed 15 IT Service Catalog tool providers, including those that focus solely on IT Service Catalogs and those that include catalogs in their IT Service Support Management (ITSSM) tool suites. Criteria for evaluation stated products must cover the core IT service catalog functions, they have been in general availability and deployed in customer environments by November 1, 2013, and must be of interest to Gartner clients based on client inquiries.
Axios Systems believes Gartner’s rating was based on its strategic focus on the service catalog, evident in the marketing and positioning of the product, good support and reasonable sales. The assyst user interface, visio-style workflows and cloud provider adapters were also evaluated by Gartner.
