Axium, a leading developer of accounting and project management software for A/E firms, today announced a partnership with Cosential to deliver an integrated CRM and Proposal Automation solution to Ajera users. Recognizing the critical nature of having centralized information, Axium clients can now integrate their accounting, marketing and business development data into one knowledge platform to drive more efficiency and achieve higher win rates.

The partnership approach enables Axium to deliver a project-oriented CRM solution that performs better than alternative options which are constrained by limited tracking and cumbersome data sharing, or not designed for the needs of the A/E market. Cosential software offers Ajera users an A/E-specific platform, which allows them to transform how they manage their customer relationships and improve their overall business development and marketing efforts.

The integration provides a secure sync of project financial and marketing information to prepare accurate proposals faster. In addition, by pulling new projects into Ajera from Cosential, repetitive data entry is eliminated and data consistency is ensured.

“Linking the sales and marketing efforts with financial and project management for our clients further demonstrates our deep commitment to the needs of the A/E market,” said Chris Heim, Axium CEO. “The ultimate goal of this partnership and integration with Axium Ajera is to help our clients grow their firms and be successful through an improved business development process.”

In Cosential, the Ajera user gains a complete picture of their firm’s connections, interactions and history with any client or partner. The solution provides links to associated leads, opportunities, projects, communication, personnel, activities, images and documents. Users can now publish dynamic proposals, generate complex reports, execute marketing campaigns and measure and forecast firm-wide performance.

“Using Ajera and Cosential together has allowed us to improve the flexibility of managing our projects and business development efforts,” said Kevin Franson, Vice President, Franson Engineering. “The integration of the two systems keeps data flowing smoothly, allowing our project managers and business development leads to respond to needs in a more timely manner.”

“Joining forces with Axium in this partnership and the newly enhanced integration of Cosential and Ajera is a positive move for our two companies and the customers we serve,” said Dan Cornish, CEO, Cosential. “Customers want their systems to work together and now they can quickly sync their financial and marketing data in a revolutionary way that is unmatched in the industry.”
