Michael Kazakevich brings to Azzur more than 30 years of technology recruiting experience. Kazakevich co-founded Quatro Systems, Inc. in 1989 to provide technical expertise to Fortune 500 and government organizations. Under his direction, Quatro rapidly grew to a multi-million dollar company and one of a leading full-service information technology company in the Mid-Atlantic region. Quatro was acquired in 2017 by IntegraONE. He was also a senior partner of Interdata Technical Resources, a technology staffing company he co-founded in 1995. Kazakevich is a graduate of Drexel University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

With more than 40 years in IT, Conde's focus has always been the improvement of and advocacy for his candidates which is one reason he is followed by tens of thousands of geeks and techies on social media.
