Kleiman brings more than 25 years of leadership and expertise in telecommunications and high-tech industries. The company's founder Pertti Visuri becomes the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as Chief Scientist maintaining a role in the company's research and development programs. Kleiman has an excellent background for leading the company's next stage of growth. For the past five years, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Verimatrix. There he worked closely with the company's outstanding management team and its CEO Tom Munro, who is a BandwidthX Board member, doubling the company's revenues and profitability. Verimatrix was acquired by Inside Secure earlier this year. Before that, Kleiman served as COO of the New Products Division at Verizon Digital Media Services. Verizon had acquired EdgeCast Networks where Kleiman served as both COO and CFO overseeing its hyper-growth to become a leading global content delivery network (CDN). Kleiman has also held roles as CEO, President, CFO and VP Finance/Operations for other high tech and international companies in the U.S. and Europe.
