BARE International has been honored as the recipient of the 2019 Shoppers’ Choice Award, selected by evaluators for the third year in a row.
The Shoppers’ Choice Award program was created to allow evaluators to vote on their preferred mystery shop provider. The Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (MSPA Americas), the trade association that represents the customer experience management and measurement industry in the Americas, announced BARE International as a 2019 Shoppers’ Choice winner at their annual ShopperFest event in June.
“I honestly do love BARE,” says mystery shopper Tina, who attended ShopperFest. “BARE is always very helpful!”
Along with the presentation of the Shopper Choice’s Awards, ShopperFest allows independent contractors and experience research companies to meet and connect in-person. The event attracts independent contractors as well as executives from customer experience management and measurement firms from across the country.
The conference features educational seminars related to mystery shopping and customer experience measurement, professional development and important issues within the industry.

Guy Caron, Executive Vice President, Jason Bare, Global Vice President, Kelly Tong, Key Account Manager, and Wilmar Pabon, Project Manager, were in attendance to accept the award at the ShopperFest event in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
