Grand Rapids, Michigan (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- The Barone Defense Firm is pleased to announce that Michigan DUI lawyer Michael J. Boyle has been elected Secretary for the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys. Previously, Mr. Boyle served the Association as a Board Member.
Michael J. Boyle, is a Partner at Barone Defense Firm, and manages the Firm’s Grand Rapids office. The Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys is a non-profit organization headquartered in Lansing Michigan. According to Boyle “the Organization’s mission is to assist lawyers, judges, juries, and citizens criminally accused of drinking and drugged driving offenses by increasing their understanding of the best-practices necessary to effectively advocate for those charged with violating Michigan’s drunk and drugged driving laws.”
Mr. Boyle has been associated with the Barone Defense Firm since 2005 and was named Partner earlier this year. The Firm’s CEO and Founding Partner Patrick T. Barone said that “Mike is one of Michigan’s top DUI attorneys. He’s done great work at the Barone Defense Firm, and it makes sense that the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys would want access to his talent and extensive knowledge.”

He is also one of only a few Michigan attorneys that has hands-on training with GC/MS/FID instruments (Gas Chromatography/ Flame Ionization Detector and Mass Spectrometry), for analysis of alcohol and drugs in blood samples. This training also includes Solid drug analysis of prescription to street drugs,” said Barone.
The Barone Defense Firm has offices in Birmingham and Grand Rapids Michigan. The Firm’s six lawyers exclusively represent citizens accused of intoxicated driving, including those cases involving injury or death. No other cases are accepted. As Michigan’s largest law firm with this singular focus, the Barone Defense Firm remains on the cutting edge of professional excellence.
