Romano, CPA, MST, previously a tax director, has been promoted to tax partner. Additionally, Cory R. Stewart, CPA, previously a senior audit manager, has been promoted to audit partner.

Romano was the Vice President of Tax for Regulated Financial Products with BlackRock before joining BBD. He also served in an investment management tax role with a national accounting firm.
